I waited to UPDATE my Spark page until I knew for sure I was serious about staying on this healthy journey. Twenty-five days later of logging all my food and exercise and logging in I think I am serious.

I came back to Spark because
1. I know it works!
2. I want to be healthy: MY Story: I went to my annual exam and my BP was very high and the doctor said to me "You have worked so hard to get through law school and hopefully pass the bar for you to have a chance to have a stroke" This my friends was an eye opener. I could not believe my weight had gotten this out of control.
3. I love all the information and support on Spark!

Hello my name is Kerri-Ann and I am ready to be a success story!! I live in sunny Florida and I love it!! I have three beautiful sons 28, 25, and 24 and an adorable Yorkiepoo name Chewy. I just graduated from Law school and took the bar last week and will find out if I pass on 9/19 (crossing my fingers). I started on Spark in 2008 and loved it, but life happened and I have gained a lot of weight it might have been the stress of law school or the fact I love junk food. I am going to take this process one day and step at a time because that seemed to work the last time.

#1 to be healthy.

#3 to inspire others to live a healthy life.


My Program:
I went to law school and had no time to take care of myself, so now as I wait for my bar exam results all I have is time. My plan is to make a five goals each week and build on them.

My program will include the essentials: It will not be a diet but an everyday lifestyle
Educating myself on nutrition (especially sugar and sodium)
eating right
exercise
Staying Positive
Changing my outlook of food





Personal Information:
I have 3 adult boys who are my world! Plus an adorable puppy named Chewy!!



Other Information:
I love going to Disney, hanging with friends, watching college football (GO NOLES) and the beach.

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl.
