Hello,
It's time for my annual yo yo dieting to start again...Happy New Years!!!
I'm looking for someone to walk with at least 60 minutes, 5 times a week in the South Austin Texas Area.

It's hard for me to keep the diet routine without support from the people around me. Lets see how long i last this time. At least i kept off the 55 pounds i lost. I must of had changed my eating habits, i didn't gain any weight after i got off my diet :-D Lets Do It!!!

My Goals:
***(June / 2008) was the last time i weighed myself - 200 lbs. Well, i've avoided the scale for 2 years.

***(May 11, 2010) Today i weighed myself - 240 lbs.

***I will be starting my goals, daily diet, exercise fitness routines TODAY.

***My goal is to get down to 140 lbs over the next 12-36 months. I know it will take a while to lose 100 lbs, but i know i can do it. I'm in it for the long run!!!

***Every 10 lbs will be a mini goal. I should pamper myself as i complete each mini goal. I'll see how this goal plan works out :-)

*Starting weight 240 lbs (5/11/10) - the begining
*1st goal 230 lbs (7/11/10)
*2nd goal 220 lbs (4/11/11)
*3rd goal 215 lbs (7/11/11) - 1/4 to my final goal!!
*4th goal 210 lbs (5/11/12)
*5th goal 200 lbs (8/11/13)
*6th goal 190 lbs (6/11/14) - 1/2 way point :-)
*7th goal 180 lbs
*8th goal 170 lbs
*9th goal 165 lbs - 3/4 to my final goal!!!
*10th goal 160 lbs
*11th goal 150 lbs

I exercise 7 days a wk for 60 min @ home or Planet Fitness. Also, walk my dog nightly. I am currently eating 10 small meals daily of veggies, fruit, protien & lite on the carbs. No sodas, I love water so i drink plenty of it. Logging in all food intake while staying under 1500 calories. I'm also reducing my alcohol consumption. This is really difficult with an active social life.

I'm a 35 year old single mom of one. A Home Health Aide whom resides in Austin, TX, USA. I'm 5'2" and have struggled with weight my entire life. The problem is, i have gotten comfortable with myself being overweight. The lbs keep adding up, I currently weigh in at 240 lbs. Also, i'm having problems with my left knee. I need motivation & support for i have none at home! I'm struggling to keep an exercise routine and watch my eating habits DAILY. It's Time To Get BACK ON TRACK!!!

My HOBBIES include Rock Music, Jammin Out while cleaning the house, Festivals, Camping, Cooking, Bar-B-Qing, Swimming, Tubing, My Pets, Gardening, Hiking, Wildlife, Shooting Pool, Hanging Out with Great Friends & Family...Oh Yeah, Exercising & Getting Fit :-D

    Today i started the Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge...I'm tracking my sugar cravings, what & how often...For now on fresh fruit for dessert instead of cookies, pie, cake or ice cream...Lets see how this works out for me...oh yeah & eliminate daily soda intake...That's a lot but I Can Do It!!!
