Introduction Text Hi, My name is Rebecca I came here by fluke. I stayed to get inspiration and keep motivated. Now, after three months I'm starting to really get it and I'm happier than ever. I can't say enough good things about Spark People! I'm treating myself better than I ever have as an adult. I don't fear loosing control. I don't beat myself up anymore. I don't doubt that I can reach my goal. I've lost about 30 pounds and have 20 to go! Most of the time I enjoy eating real food, but I don't have the burden of expecting to be perfect! I'm becoming free! I love exercising now and I don't feel I'm the stranger looking on anymore. I can now say I'm kind of athletic myself, actually! I'm 50 years old and I feel younger than when I was 40. I wish everyone here all the success in the world. We deserve it! Rebecca

I will be thrilled beyond description if I can get down to 130 lbs. My starting weight was about 184.

I'm cutting out all junk food, most processed food, empty carbs, beer, sugar..... oh boy! I'm working out 3 days a week and commuting by bike. My weekend hobby is as active as can be.



I love knitting, crochet, spinning and quilting.
