    Thanks for checking out my blog. Sleep is always a challenge. Day shifts are harder and harder to come by these days. Good luck with getting enough sleep during the day. I soon go on nights and will need to nap during the day. Do you have any tricks?

    Thank you for taking the time to read my blog and for being so kind. It is a huge commitment training for an IronMan but I know the next time around, I can and will do some things differently. I think I become so focused on making sure I could actually finish the race that I left a lot of stuff go. I am not one of those super athletes. In fact it is hard for me to sometimes even feel that I am an athlete. I am a very average swimmer, very average biker and very average runner but yet I was going to be asking my body to do something very extraordinary.

    I look forward to a great 2014 and I hope the same for you!
