Congrats on the inches lost! I'm stopping by to thank you for the comments on my blog. You are right about more space being freeing. I have several pieces of furniture I love, but they do fill up a small space. I'm looking forward to being a little more spread out, plus the exercise options that I will have back. Thanks again!

HI! Don't be afraid. Really it isn't as hard as it looks. It's a bit longer, and the power yoga on the sweat days is really annoying (I hate yoga!) but it's not much different from phase 1-2. You just add a few more reps to the same moves. I have every faith that you will ROCK it and love every sore muscle you get from it. 3054 days ago
