My Goals:
I want to lose 100 lbs in the next 2 years.
I'm starting with 10 lbs a month.
My Program:
I go to the gym at least 5 nights a week, I try to walk at least 3 miles a day and do some weight training.
Personal Information:
My name is Rayla Jayne I'm from Napa, CA. I've lived in Utah since I was 6 years old and have 3 kids. My oldest is a pastry chef, my daughter is a store manager and my youngest is due to graduate high school this year. My husband of 32 years passed away 9/24/09. Starting my life over. It's a scary place to be in my life, but what can you do. I just take it one day at a time!
