Introduction Text Hi. Im eileen and Im starting over agaIn. I worked out for a year with a group of older women who weight lifted three days a week in a gym. then i slacked off and gained it back. this time i have started again, and am sticking with it, the Spark People way...to a new lifestyle! and... Im beginning again...... 8)

To be more fit and healthy, and to lose some weight. I want to work back into bodybuilding. I want to be in smaller clothes, and look good in what I wear.

I am going to start drinking my water daily, eating healthier, and get up and exercise everyday, in some form. I am going to talk to people to keep myself motivated.

I live in Colorado springs and have kids at home, and grand kids nearby. I enjoy my job and am Pagan. I am working on being a more well rounded person overall. My email address is ladyrowen76@hotmail.com

I like mysteries, CSI and forensics, and action movies. Dont like slasher movies, but like chick flicks and comedy as well. Am into scifi and startrek, star wars, etc. Believe in the fey, dragons, and ghosts...the worlds beyond this one.
