Introduction Text I am 49 and I have been on the roller coaster for a while now. I have goals. I want to run a mile. I want to walk up this hill we have here in Tucson. I want to weigh 175 to start and go from there. Let’s do this thing!

My goals are to run a mile. Hike up a mountain and back down again. Look good in a bathing suit. Chase my grandbaby around the park. Quit smoking. Eat more organically.

I will plan and have a family fun day including physical activity. I will watch what I eat and start eating organically and less meat. I will drink 64 oz of water a day. I quit smoking on May 10, 2010 and haven't had a cigarette since.

I am from Tucson, Az and I love the desert. I used to be quite active back in the day and plan on becoming so again. I forgot how much I enjoyed it. Just recently I felt a desire to get a bicycle. I also suffer from depression, anxiety, adhd and slight agoraphobia.

My favorite funny movie is Don't Mess with the Zohan. It makes me happy and silly. lol I love all kinds of movies and music and art and food and activities. And I am going back to school this summer! :)
