I'm ready for many new things in 2014, and my health and fitness will be just one of my personal goals....so, new goals for the new year, even if I am starting a little late! Last year I started my weight loss journey (yet again) and plan to achieve it this year.

Friends recommend SP as a great community and support system. I'm hoping this will work for me as well. I have a renewed interest in blogging and I'm looking forward to reading about everyone's road to their own personal goals.

Fitness Minutes: 7,443

My Goals:
1/13: Ideally, I am shooting to lose the 50 lbs I have been struggling with since my youngest (this is pathetic, but he is now 11) was born.

It's time to get it gone!

Highest weight July 2013 248 lbs. Not very pretty.

Start weight for Spark: 228 lbs. January 2014.

Start weight on Isagenix: 211 lbs. April 2014.

One-der-land: 199.9 lbs. May 2014

Pre-pregnancy weight (for third child): 187.4 June 2014

June 2014: Also reduced my weight loss goal from 180 lbs to 160 lbs. I realize 180 lbs is just not enough to have a healthy BMI and I am still uncomfortable with the extra weight.


My Program:
1/14: Reduced carb intake, walking daily with a view to join a gym and start weight training to tone.

4/14: Isagenix program 30 days. Pushing to get into one-der-land now.

5/14: Continue Isagenix for a second month. Started kickboxing once a week and upped my walking distance to a minimum of 5 miles 3x a week.




Personal Information:
From Central NJ for my entire life, but have been lucky enough to travel the world several times over.

3 children, older than I'd like to admit, all boys.


Other Information:
Plans to be as sexy as my Sexy board on Pinterest!

    Hello:) I worked out last night and it felt great. I've been eating well but my fitness slipped the last week as well as sleep and organization. I'm feeling better after the workout, cleaning the house and getting some rest. Thanks for asking:)

    Hello Doll! You are not twice my age lol...I'm actually 32 but thanks to the gym I appear younger hahahaha.

    I know what you mean about road trips. I have to be in a routine. In fact even weekends throw me off. I'm always worried about undoing all my work!

    The restaurants are a hard thing. You really have to have a game plan.
