I am having to make major changes to my lifestyle in the physical aspect. I won't be the same again, but I can get as close to what I used to have. The fight is on!

October 2013-Present: dealing with a severe back injury and still recovering.

2012:
- I graduated college with my Pre-Nursing Degree
- I passed my CPAT with a time of 9:36 on 8/13/2012, I was accepted into the FEST program at the local community college, I had to pull out 4 weeks into academy in 9/2012, I am re-applying in 2013, with the goal of NOT having to pull out and becoming a Firefighter.
-I climbed 112 Flights of stairs on 9/11/12 in 2 1/2 hours in honor of 343 Fallen Firefighters of 9/11/01
-I hit 104 burpees in 6:44 9/27/2012
- I ran Tough Mudder Seattle in about 5 hours with a sprained ankle on 9/30/12.
- I've learned how to deal with my complex PTSD, and cut 22 year old ties holding me back from full recovery.

Yes, I hear you on the planning. My job has me running around quite a bit lately, plus I'm taking the fire officer 2 class (have that cert exam in a month), plus the normal stuff for the firehouse. So I really need to plan for my workouts and eating. This will be good though - we can hold each other accountable over the next 60 days and each get closer to our goals!

Hi Randi - yes - count me in on the Supreme90! I'm thinking - I'm participating in a challenge with one of my Spark teams that will last another 8 weeks (56 days) and you have 65 days left until your FF1 cert test. Let's do 60 days to keep on track during that time and then see what we want to do from there. I really want to get this last 10 pounds off, and it is getting so hard now to drop the weight / body fat.

I won't follow the schedule exactly since Sunday and Friday are running days for me and Tuesdays is interval running, but I will follow for the most part (also depends on my work schedule). I'll start tomorrow with the chest/back DVD.

    Work for you?
