2011: Time to find those long lost abs... Never in my life have I dieted, but one day I realized..."where''s my abs?" So I decided to do what the lovely lady was doing...and joined the Spark People gang...low and behold after just a couple of months, my long lost abs are starting to peek through...wow !...man this stuff really works... ...I can happily report the gut doesn''t stick out anymore...I can now not only see my abs peaking through, but my obliques are too... 23 pounds down and 15 to 10 to go...I hope. 2017: we'll back again... I go to the gym 3 days a week but I'm back up to 230lbs, though I have muscle growth I've lost track of my abs again...damn it! So time to refocus for 2017, plan is to increase gym time from 3 to 5 days a week, introduce more cardio and interval training to my weightlifting regiment and more importantly start tracking an improved diet...stay tuned! Also picked up a Fitbit Surge tracker...anyone out there know how to integrate Fitbit with Spark?

My Goals:
Get to 193 lbs. 50 push ups, 50 sit ups, 10 pull ups... 2 miles running...

My Program:
Diet and breaking back into excercise little by little... boy it's tough.. but after two months of what seemed an easy drop of 18lbs, I'm stuck, so I guess it's time to kick up the excersice regiment a bit.
