I quit smoking on 12/31/2006. That was the first step in a better me. Now I need to lose weight and get my cholesterol under control.
To help me do this, I decided that I would diet and workout so I can run a marathon in 2008.
Don't know whyI chose running, I didn't like it when I smoked, Maybe that's why, something so totally different

My Goals:
To run the Bolder Boulder in 2009

My Program:
I became an ex-smoker on 12/31/2006.

Became more aware of what I eat-more of the good(healthy) stuff and less of the bad(good) stuff.

Have setup a exercise program.

Personal Information:
Shy, quite with a hint of darkside humor. I'm a nice person, who sometimes just has to be a little off.

Other Information:
I'm a fiction reader, lots of SiFi.

Like all types of music (my husband says I listen to music that is too young for me-is there such a thing as too young music?)

Like alone time, computers, gardening, 4wheeling, camping and most people.

Love my kids, husband, granddaughter, cats, dog, windy/rainy nights, the sound of wind in the trees, the sound of running water, the sound of far away trains, and Jesus Christ
