Introduction Text I am the mom of two teens. I am married to my best friend for the past 18 years. We met in India where we were both missionaries and the girls were born there. We all miss the culture and all our friends there. We have been in the US since 1999. Weight has always been a struggle for me. In 2001 I lost 30 lbs. on the WW program but find that every day is a battle to stay withing a healthy weight range. Currently my husband is pastoring a Bible believing church that has as it's goal to grow hearts in Jesus. I find that is just what is happening. People who are seeking Him and growing to be like Him. One of the great strength of this chuch is fellowship, and with fellowship comes food! Combining the "First Place 4 Health" Program and the "Clean Eating" Program has given me a good motivation to eat healthy, rather than focus too much on the numbers. Recently I have been introduced to "Holy Yoga" and enjoy the physical as well as the spiritual benefits.

Currently Eating Clean, Practicing "Holy Yoga" and incorporating walks.

I gave my life to Jesus Christ in 1983, and have never looked back! I was born in Boston, and am a faithful Red Sox fan!! My heart resides in India after living there for 10 years, there is no where else I humanly would want to be.
