I've been following the Spark plan as best as I can fit it into my life. I want to make a healthier lifestyle for myself, and make changes that I will continue with. I've been reducing calories and adding exercises.

I'm from Colorado, and I've lived here my whole life-the same house for all but 3 of those years! I am unemployed, but I manage to stay busy most of the time. I have 7 nephews and 3 nieces (5 in CO, 5 in WA) and I love spending time with them whenever I can!
