Introduction Text Hi!! I'm looking to shed body fat, lose 15lbs, and get a 6 pack! I'm eating a vegan diet, and learning more about raw veganism. I love connecting with other people who are interested in health and fitness!

I'm doing Les Mills PUMP 3 days a week, zumba one day a week, and either a plyometric day or a yoga day the other days of the week! I'm keeping my calories in check and i'm ready to rock!

I'm originally from Chicago, played volleyball in college, moved to Africa, met my husband, and am now getting my masters at Wash U in St. Louis. I'm a fitness/lifestyle trainer and I love helping people achieve their goals and realize that ANYTHING is possible!

I love travelling and adventures!
