    I read your comment on S's post. There is a possibility that you may not be taking in enough calories. I had a friend that stalled when going to WW and was astonished when they told her she was not eating enough, they told her that the body worked hard at storing the fat. She increased her food intake and the weight started coming off. I am about your weight and vary my intake between 1300 and 1600 calls a day and have been constantly been losing each week. I also read in. Article, I can't remember where that it is important to vary your calorie intake while trying to lose weight. Good luck and I hope your scale starts to budge soon.

    if you are doing 1000 cals ... try less starch carbs, maybe less fruit carbs, fill the calorie gap with more green veggie carbs. And more cardio.
