The Purple Paradox's Healthy Journey


I'm a 27 year old grad student who's discovered the joy of working out and living healthy! :)I'm working towards becoming an elementary school teacher - I've learned teaching is a workout in itself! :P

My first goal is to make it from 142 to 130 pounds by the end of the summer. I figure that if I work towards a smaller goal, I'll be more able to focus on that goal instead of obsessing over the bigger picture.

My Goals:
I'm working towards bringing my weight down, so I'm in a more healthy section of the BMI. I'm also working towards getting in better shape, and working towards getting back into my smaller clothes!

My Program:
 I am walking and biking to work each weekday, and I'm working out three days a week.
