hi my name is helen,i live in wales in the uk. i have been married to my wonderful hubby for 40 years no children just a dog that thinks it is a baby. i am waiting for hip and spine surgery so i am hoping to lose as much as possible before i have my operation so any help and advice would be gratefully received.

to loose 70lbs approx and feel better about myself, i have never found it easy to loose weight all very confident at first but the novelty soon wears off what i need is a complete lifestyle change and i am hoping sparks and the encouragement we can give each other will help all of us reach our goals.

to exercise as much as possible.to keep to my calorie allowance daily.to fill in my nutrition tracker daily.and to keep a daily journal.hopefully this will keep me on track.{fingers crossed}.

my name is helen hunt i am married to a wonderful man named maurice,we have been married 40 years but no children.just one dog that thinks she is a baby.i am stuck in a wheelchair at the moment awaiting hip and spine surgery ,so exercise not very easy ,i just concentrate on the upper body exercises for now ,but better than none at all.
