Hello. My name is Jolyn. I have battled being over-weight for most of my life, and have been on the "on-again, off-again" diet for as long as I can remember. I'm ready to get off the roller-coaster and begin a truly healthy lifestyle. I pray God gives me the strength and motivation to succeed.

Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Increase my self-confidence and self-image. Look and feel great. Boost my energy level.


My Program:
1. Cardio exercise 3x per week.

2. Strength training 3x per week.

3. Eliminate unnecessary sugary foods from my diet.



Personal Information:
I am a school psychologist for a local school district. My husband and I have been happily married for 10 years. I enjoy reading, watching football, spending time w/ friends and family, and listening to music.
