Hi, I am a mother of two boys, and in school working on my bachelors, I also work at a hospital, and I need to lose weight, I guess I have just let myself go, and I want to be that small someone again.

My goals include, losing a great deal of weight, and toning up!

My Program:
 taking ultra 90 diet pills
drinking lots of water
walking in the park for one hour a day
and doing excersises
eating less

Old habits are sure hard to break, but I am determined to get back on track - and atleast I haven't gained back the few pounds that I have lost, I just haven't made any more progress - yet... It was good to hear from you again and I hope that you have a wonderful rest of your weekend and good luck with the school thing. Take care & keep in touch.

    Hey.. Glad to hear from you. I'm glad you had a good weekend, I know what you mean about things getting off track over the week end, but I've realized that there will be ups and downs. Instead of beating myself up over the chocolate cake and brownie I had over the weekend, I'm looking at it like atleast I had small portions of it, the old me would have gone back for seconds, thirds, midnight snack....
    No myspace... Spark people is actually the my first kind of internet message forum.
