I am Trisha! I've been sparking since 2010. This past year I regained every pound I had lost. I have done some soul-searching trying to find happiness and lasting results.

I have been reading "The Law of Happiness" by Dr. Henry Cloud.

Only 10% of a person's happiness depends on circumstances. (I will be happy when I am richer, thinner, married, etc).

50% of a person's happiness has to do with a person's genetic makeup and temperament.

The remaining 40% comes from factors we can control: our thoughts and actions.

It's easy to focus on the 10% of our circumstances and say, "I will be happy when . . ." We need to learn to focus on the 40% in our control and create our happiness now.

-Get a waist below 30 inches

-Get a healthy BMI

-Earn 2,000 fitness minutes per month

-Have healthy cholesterol and triglycerides



My Program:
-Track nutrition daily, with a goal of eating 1450 calories or less with 75% accuracy

-Exercise daily

-Weigh-in daily

-Record measurements monthly

-Persevere no matter what!

    I normally plan my meals in the morning this way I know that's all I can have and if something comes up i just play around with the numbers i always keep it on the low end of calories in case

    Me off everything I feel like a million bucks except for this bad back but I'm use to it. As far as weight loss I cut bread, pasta, rice and potatoes that's really it besides adding lots of veggies to my diet and water. Thanks for the support
