I'm working on breaking through a plateau. I've been at the same weight and working at it for about two years now. In those two years, I've developed an addiction to running and racing, but even training for a half marathon didn't change that darn scale (or the way my clothes fit!).
Even though the weight is stubborn I'm grateful for my passion for fitness and nutrition!

I came here to thank you for posting your Chinese Tofu with Mushrooms and Bok Choy in Spark Recipes. I thought it was wonderful, and it's the first tofu entrée that was a success for me. I even spoke about it on one of my blogs so my friends will know about it.
