I recently lost 40 pounds and am here to make sure that weight stays off! I'm currently learning the basics of powerlifting and LOVE IT!! Heavy lifting is the way to go ladies! I'll be posting before and after pics and videos so anyone interested can see that lifting heavy does not make women bulky :)

A little bit about me:
I am married to the most amazing man in the world and we have two beautiful children, Ethan and Sophie. I am back and forth between Utah and California several times a year, but I still call Utah my home.

I have done many diets; La Weightloss, Weight Watchers, South Beach Diet, Atkins, Isagenix...just to name a few. I have read many, many weightloss books as well. I have starved myself to exhaustion, I have survived on juice and water for who knows how long, I have taken enough pills to supply a drug store, I have worked my body to its breaking point and I never lost a pound! I happened onto a forum and was pointed toward the paleo/primal lifestyle. I made the switch and have never looked back. I encourage everyone to educate themselves about this different lifestyle, because the changes it made to my life were so amazing. Yes, it's hard at first and most people look at it as an extreme way to live, but it's amazing!
