Well I am a 35 years old from Dallas, Texas .

Well I started over my highest weight was 367.I am now about 263, PRAISE GOD !!! But I have restarted my journey and there is no looking at what was. I am moving forward, eating sensibly, walking and making sure i take care of me., Pray for me !! I have set small goals of 5 lbs a month till this weight is gone.,My original goal was to get under 300 lbs and i have done that, now my eyes are set on my second goal of 250 lbs !!

4/8/09 - 337.4(-3.0)
4/15/09 -336.6 (-.8) - Even with Easter food i still lost a lil something- I am still very proud of me..,

break till 6/17/09 - high Stress - however I didnt gain any weight., I am very proud of me :)

6/17/09 - 335.6 (-1.0) Good way to get restarted
8/10/09 - 336.0 (I took a few months off but I am still in the running :) )
8/18/09 - 334.6 (-1.4 lbs.) As long as I lose 1 to 2 pounds a week I am succeding., Go Nikki Go
9/7/09 - 327.4 (OMG 7.2 lbs) I am sooooo excited right now., the scale is really moving., I have 27 to go to reach my goal of being below 300 by 1/10/09., I know I can do it :)
10/5/09 - Drumroll -320.0 (Praise God 7.4 lbs) - I am 20 pounds away from my first goal., whooo hoooo.,
10/19/09 OK OK -314.2 lbs.(Praise God 5.8 lbs) I am 14.2 pounds away from my first goal.,
11/5/09 312.0 (2.2 lbs gone) I am still very excited, 12 pounds away from my goal

4/13/2010 - 293.4 (57.6 lbs gone 4 EVA !!!)

New Weigh in 8/10/2010 - 281.2 (70 lbs gone 4 EVA Praise GOD !!)
Weigh in 8/16/2010 - 277.6 (Only by the grace of GOD !)
Weigh in 12/01/2010-276.6
a total of 91 lbs gone this far from 367 to 276., time to get on the good foot and get this other 26lbs off and gone for life !!

Update: i did not erase all of the prior weigh in's because i am using it as strong motivation !! That I have come to far and my health deserves it !!

Fitness Minutes: 294

My Goals:
My Goal is to be 250 . Once I get to 250 i will take on my ultimate goal of 200 :).,

But My Goals are in stages,
10 - 15lbs at a time, any weight lost is absolutley great .


My Program:
Currently I am on a 1500 calorie a day diet and doing at least 30 minutes of Cardio., I have been on the diet itself the last week and now I am implementing my workout into the plan.,

I am continuing my journey , the DVD I brought is pretty good but I will be walking as well., still drinking my 100 ounces of water a day and eating no more than 1500 calories.,

    Honestly, I think exercise overall will get it down...I do crunches...I aim for at least 100/week plus I do Jillian Michaels and Curves....

    Oh, and I wear that velcro tummy band with the rubber on one side whenever I work out...any thing helps...lol...can't hurt...shoot!!! LOL
