    Hey hon...thanks for stopping by my page. The reason why my boot camp is different the any other normal weeks: I've increased my routine. I set my entire routine out on a calendar that I must follow. I've added additional strength training. I give myself weekly goals/assignments to complete. I give myself rewards when I achieve something. I keep track of everything that goes into my mouth. How much water I drink, my percentages of carbs, fiber, protein, fat, saturated fat, etc. I write down my strengths and weaknesses for each day. I must try a minimum of 4 new recipes each week. I will NOT weigh or measure for the entire time period.

    I used to cook once a week. I did whatever exercise I felt like. I set goals, but didn't get rewards or punishments when I completed them. I made sure to get at least 8 cups of water, but never recorded the actual number. I knew a general idea of the calories I was eating but never actual took so much time to put everything down on paper. I used to weigh myself way to often, was a slave to the scale. And no more!

    So now you understand why it's boot camp? LoL.
