Introduction Text Hi, I have battled weight issues all of my life.I always thought I was never small but as I look back at pictures I was a good size, I have wasted a lot of time( time living) obessing about my weight. I do realize that I have to accept me whatever size I am. I hope with the help of this site I will find ME. Well I am worse off than the first time I wrote this introduction but I still want to be in the the game because I am so not satisfed with me. I am sick and tired, so tired of this fat life. I dont want to look back any more but forward to a new life.

My first goal is to find me. Secondly I would like to lose weight before my next birthday. Fourth goal learn how to swim My fifth goal an Island trip One year later and my long term goals are the same. OMG Short Goals -Regular meals for 30 days

I am going to meet my goals my watching what I eat and by exercising. Also I will regularly check in to the site for support. Rewards after short goals: * drinks for 1 night new sneakers new jeans * new DVD
