I learned about totally by accident. But, after a week, I'm in love. So, I decided to up my commitment by creating a page and starting a blog.

I decided earlier this year I wanted to lose weight for my brother's wedding in September. Then I decided that my real goal was to lose weight for my cruise in October (it's my first vacation in over 2 years.) But, after I procrastinated and didn't have time to reach my goal weight in time for either I realized something pretty important. I want to do this for me! I think I've been afraid of the unknown for a while (life without all the excess weight and the excuses that come with it) and I don't think Ireally thought I was worth the time and effort it would take. I'm not sure what happened. But, all of a sudden something clicked and neither of those apply anymore.

So, I'm taking time for me. Starting slowly. Scheduling workouts like I would any meeting and giving them the same importance. This is the beginning of my journet to a healthy weight!

My Program:
*I'm doing an indoor
walking video 3 times
a week and playing
the x-box 3 times a
week. Rest is
important and so is
my body, so I'm not
overdoing any of it.

Personal Information:
I'm in Columbia, SC. I love living here, but Summer is quickly approaching! I love God and my family and friends. And my most relaxing moments are at the beach.
