My goal was to reach between 160/162 lb's by the end of summer 2009...Although I did not make it in time before summer ended I lost a total of 22.2 lb's ! By the end of DEC 2009 I lost a total of 78 .4 lb's for the year !! HOLLA ! Now that it's January 2010 I'm ready to focus on takeing off another 40 more lb's ...well 34 but I will say 40 to leave me some room for error lol ! This year I'm leading a team... The Caramel Candy Cutie's aka The Candy Girl's and we are on FIYAH !!! YES I CAN DO IT with the support of my team !!! Bring it on , it's all or nothing !! I want to be slim & trim in 2010 , so for this year my model will be" GO HARD OR GO HOME"!!

I exercise daily which includes 60 min of moderate impact cardio/strength before noon & evening w/ a rest day on Saturday or just lite stretching. I use a combination of Dumbbells , bands, jump rope, fitness ball and many workout DVD's through out the week....I end each work out w/ a relaxing stretch . My work outs also include Various levels of cardio & sculpting to get the maxium weight lost benefit...I like to keep switching things up !! I also jogg or walk on my treadmill on various weeks ! I'm on the grind, LOL , I gotta keep it moving !!! I LOVE watching reality T.V and there is so much of that on now a day's that I also complete several mini work outs in front of the television , LOL , but hey whatever get's the job done right !! I had a baby on 12/27/2008, I was about 242 pounds when I gave birth now I'm down to 161 I love the fact that I'm loosing 1-2 pounds per week !! In a month and 21 day's I lost a total of 37 pounds as of right now I have lost.....DRUM ROLL PLEASE......81 lb's !! YEAAAAH BABBBIEE !!! Ain't no stopping me now !! I'm going to ride this out to the end !!
