Trying to get fit


I am 44 years old, married and the mother of 3 children. I work full-time in an office setting and do not get much exercise. I love to walk and am thinking about starting an exercise program as well.

My Goals:
I am trying to live a more healthy lifestyle. I would like to start looking and feeling better about myself. I would also like to lose 20 pounds.

My Program:
 Eat more healthy foods
Exercise more
Start walking for a half hour to an hour everyday.
Watch my daily salt intake.

My name is Pam and I'm from Rockford. I have 3 children and am married. I also have a big tomkitty who is spoiled to death!!

Other Information:
 I love to read and do crossword puzzles. I also enjoy being outdoors alot. Love to hike, camp and fish.
