My name is Karen, I have been up and down with my weight from the age of 10. I reached my goal many years ago with Tops ( take off pounds sensibly) but put them back on. Lost about 38 lbs on nutrisystem but put them back on. After seeing on TV so many people losing weight and looking an feeling better I decided if they could do it so could I. I Found this site and love all the great people and help. Looking forward to losing weight and this time keeping it off. Hope I can help others along the way.

My goal is to get healthier by eating better and losing weight.

I am counting calories, eating more veggies and fruits, walking with hubby and the dogs. And riding a bike that goes no where. ( stationary bike)

I live in Texas. I am married an have 4 grown children, 13 Grandchildren and 4 great grand Babies with 1 more due this year. Wish I was closer to them.

I enjoying helping my husband around the house with different projects, painting, changing things in the house. What ever we can come up with on our budget. I also enjoy playing with our dogs and walking with them, really should say they walk us. I like playing in the water with my family. We have a lot of fun being pulled on the back of the boat on water toys. And getting in an playing in the water. I like watching the birds outside and the wild animals that pass by. It's nice to watch the humming birds as they get drinks from the feeders. I love nature. I love God and am thankful for each day he has given me, plus family an friends he has added to my life.
