I am ready to get in shape again. I miss my old self that ran everyday and loved to be fit. I moved to a new state and it changed everything. This site has motivated me to get going again.

    Hi. I accidently sent your goodie without a comment. Welcome, so glad to have you in the club. Thanks for the compliment on my family. I know how you feel about winter. I live in Washington State, cold and snowy too. We have been having 90-100 degrees here for weeks. It is miserable to get out and walk or play outside.
    This site has some great fitness videos. There are 5, 10 or 15 minute workouts. Ilike the ones that tighten buns. Having kids really takes a toll on your body. I think i am on my way to reclaiming it as my own!! emoticon
    Good luck on you venture!! See if you can get a friend to join with you. I have 3 that joined at the same time and it sure keeps us all motivated. :0)
