I am 36 yrs old. I have battled obesity most of my life. I would like to get out of the lose & regain rut. I have decided to adopt a new lifestyle instead of "lose a few pounds". I have come to the conclusion that I need to eat healthy, exercise, and take care of my health ALL of the time, not just when I feel fat.

My Goals:
I aim to start a new healthy life style. One that lets me be active daily, enjoy healthy meals, have a healthier out look on life, feel better emotionally and physically. I would like to lose 100 lbs at this point. That is my first BIG goal. I set small ones for the weeks, months that pass.

My Program:
I have cut out caffieine entirely. I was drinking 7-8 cans of Dt Dr Pepper daily.
I am eating healthy food options. Low calorie/fat, lower carbs, cut out processed, sugary foods. Including whole foods. Tons of fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, and water. I feel A LOT better for the changes I have made.

My name is Michele. I am from Georgia, have lived here my entire life. I am the oldest of three kids. I have no children of my own (except my fur babies). I have four nephews & three nieces. I love to read in my free time. I am very out going, not shy at all. I love to meet and talk to new people.

Other Information:
I am also a very girly girl. I love pink, poodles, kitties, reading, shopping, gadgets, jewlry, shoes, clothes. My favorite thing on earth is purses. All sizes, materials, shapes, colors, designer or not. I love love love them.
