    try adding some healthy fats to your meals, like a tablespoon of ghee or olive oil at lunch and dinner. or just eat a serving of nuts as a snack! right now your diet is in starvation mode and these foods will keep you in range. Please don't keep your calories so low when you are fasting, it will damage your ability to lose weight in the long term.
