2015 is going to be a great year!
I was married in June 2014. My husband and I have started to talk about having a little family, so I am now focused on losing weight and improving my health and fitness to make that process easier!

My weight loss journey started on January 5th, 2009, at a starting weight of 264.4 pounds.
1/5/09 = 264.4 pounds
2/22/09 (1st day on SP) = 250.0 pounds

FITNESS MILESTONES
6/8/09 - Ran .5 miles in 7 minutes
6/20/09 - Ran 1 mile (!) in 14.5 minutes
7/19/09 - Ran 1.5 miles in 18 minutes (5mph pace!)
8/8/09 - Ran 2 miles in 28 minutes (4.3mph pace)
9/26/09 - Ran my 1st 5K - The "Under the Tree" 5K/Hartland (VT) Christmas Project!!! 3.1 miles in 40:30!
10/18/09 - Ran my 2nd 5k! Four Paws for Lacey's Cause 5k in South Burlington, VT - 3.1 miles in 38:03!
11/26/09 - Ran my 3rd 5k! The 33rd
Green Mountain Athletic Association Turkey Trot @ UVM - 3.1 miles in 38:15!
1/1/2010 - Ran my 4th 5k! First Run New Year's Day 5k in Burlington, VT - 3.1 miles in ~38:50!
5/16/2010 - Ran 5 miles (in two 2.5 mile legs with a .5 mi walking break in between) in ~70 minutes (not including the walking time).
5/30/2010 - On a 5 member relay team for the Vermont City Marathon in Burlington, VT! Leg 2, ran 5.8 miles in 1:14! That is a 12:45/mile pace!!! Our team finished the marathon in 4:47.
6/12/2010 - Ran a 10 minute mile on the same route that I ran my first mile (but backwards)!
6/20/2010 - Ran a 10k training run in 1:26!
6/26/2010 - Shaker 7 Road Race in Enfield, NH. 7 miles! With my sister! We finished in 1:29:00 and it felt awesome. :)
7/6/2010 - Tuesday Night Trail Run 5k @ Catamount Family Center in Williston, VT (Blue course) - 44:30
7/13/2010 - Tuesday Night Trail Run 5k+ @ Catamount Family Center (Yellow course) - 50:20
7/20/2010 - Tuesday Night Trail Run 5k @ Catamount Family Center (Pink course) - 45:41
7/27/2010 -Tuesday Night Trail Run 5k @ Catamount Family Center (Blue course) - 42:59
8/14/2010 - Kingdom Run 5k in Irasburg, VT - 35:32!!!! NEW PR!!
8/17/2010 - Tuesday Night Trail Run 5k @ Catamount Family Center (Pink course) - 43:23
8/21/2010 - GMAA Round Church Women's Run 10k in Richmond, VT - First 10k! It was a lovely AM and a very friendly race. Finished in 1:12:15.
9/14/2010 - Tuesday Night Trail Run 5k+ @ Catamount Family Center (Yellow course) - 49:25 (starting from the Porta-potty across the parking lot, lol, so I bet my time would have been closer to 48 if I was at the start on time!)
9/21/2010 - Tuesday Night Trail Run 5k @ Catamount Family Center in Williston, VT (Blue course) - 47:40
10/2/2010 - Ran 8 miles (for the first time EVER!) in 1:42 - average of 12:30 per mile.
10/10/10 - 4 Paws for Lacey's Cause 5k in South Burlington, VT. 34:03!!!!! New PR by 1:30!!
10/17/2010 - 5k for Global Health in Burlington, VT - Walked in ~52 minutes.
10/30/2010 - Kingdom Challenge 5k in St. Johnsbury, VT - 33:58 - PR by 5 seconds, lol.
11/25/2010 - Turkey Trot 5k @ UVM - ~40:00.
1/1/2011 - First Run 5k in Burlington, VT - 38:38.
4/16/2011 - Fastest 10k to date - 70:36! Also, FIRST TIME RUNNING A MILE UNDER 10 MINUTE!! 9:27!!! Training run on a treadmill at the gym, .5 incline.
5/14/2011 - Road to the Pogue (6.1 miles) in Woodstock, VT - 1:06!
5/29/2011 - Vermont City Marathon two-person relay (Leg 2) in Burlington, VT - 2:39:55! 5:01:37 total for me and my partner Shelly. :)
6/5/2011 - Covered Bridges Half Marathon in Pomfret/Woodstock/Queechee, VT - 2:20:20!!!!
