Hi there, thanks for stopping by my page. You're doing really well and don't let any of the LTGL challenges stress you out. The goal is to get the challengers to try different healthy habits in an effort to help you find what works for you.

Although we, of course, want to win our challenges, the goal is for everyone on the team to live a healthier life. If this LTGL challenge helps you, then that's great and it's done what it's supposed to. You're totally in the spirit of the team in giving it a try and that's what counts.

I personally can't live without weighing, measuring and tracking because my portions balloon out of control when I don't. For other people this isn't so much of a problem. If you find that you're doing better and losing more weight by weighing and measuring, then stick with it. If it causes more stress than it's worth, chuck it and stick with what works for you. I had to do that with eating 5-6 smaller meals because I felt like my whole life was beginning to revolve around food and my next meal. Diet and exercise are important and require time, effort and planning but they shouldn't run/ruin your life!

Hey Done Girl -- Happy Spring!! To celebrate the season, I would like to wish you a brand new start, never-ending moments of poise and balance and a joyful tip over on the scale to the side of light. I wish you a new dawn, an eternal youth and a morning star to wish on. Whatever battles you are fighting, whatever stresses may come your way, may they melt away with the winter and may you be granted a time of new light and a new life where your wildest dreams come true.

If you ever need a shoulder, a friend or a virtual coffee at some point, drop by and say hello! I've just celebrated my SP six month anniversary and am amazed at the absolutely incredible amount of support I've received with not only weight loss but life in general. ~ Michelle
