I have a Fitbit ( www.fitbit.com/user/25S2PN ), I sign into, complete my SparkPeople activity everyday (I try to), and I even tell other about SpoarkPeople! I love SparkPeople! ... and I have recently gotten into running! But I always need some more major motivation!

To prevent late night eating & to eat right! Workout 5 days per week!

 I've been trying to watch my food intake much better & now that I can report it on my phone, I can better keep w/it. I have also been working out more.

 I love Dogs! I added my Pug to SparkPeople so she can loose a couple of pounds. She's a couch potato & loves to eat!!! Just like her mama, I guesss!

    The pekies and I are just fine. Wishing for some warmer weather. Was 20 below zero this morning and is only 3 above right now. I just can't stand to walk in this cold - and on the ice. Wish I had some place to work out. Not much available around here without driving 30 miles or so.

    Having fun keeping track of the food, etc on here. Makes it easier to see what you are really doing! emoticon
