I love Jesus and am looking for a way to be obedient to Him by taking care of His temple so I can do His work for His glory!

I recently returned to SparkPeople because I need the tools and the companionship to supplement my walk with the Lord. Glad to be back, I have missed you all!

2. Walk a minimum of 20 minutes/1 mile per day 4 days per week.

4. Generally Moving More: 180+ fitness minutes per week.
