Hi I'm Judy. I am 56 years old and have been married 26 years to a loving supportive husband. We have two kids who have left the nest. I am an instructional aide for special needs children in a public school My goal is to loss at least 100 lbs. I hope to improve my mind ,body and spirit one step at a time. I have an addiction to food that as controlled me most of my life. My body is the temple of the holy spirit and I have not been a good steward of this body. I will not give up no matter how small the steps. I am worth it!!!

January: I will not eat anything after 7:00 pm.

My Program:

- I will focus on one behavior change each month and add to it after it is accomplished.
- monitor portion control
- report in food diary
- eat slowly and enjoy
- is it worth the calories (don't eat what you don't like)
- monitor hunger 1-5 before and after a meal. -identify type of hunger physical, nutritional, or emotional
- ask for Gods guidance in food selection.
-don't look at food porn ( food channels, recipe magazines etc ).
- exercise at least 1 hr a day
- drink water at every meal.
- limit TV watching
- eat in a designated area. ( not in front of TV or in car)
- have planned healthy snack available at all times.
- do not eat until full but until satisfied.
- eat clean food ( fresh God created food) not dead processed foods.
- 1,1/2, 2 bites, small
