I am a 57 year old mom of 3, grandmother of 4 girls who has been overweight for far too long and I'm tired of the yo yo diets and I'm ready to get it off and get healthy. Reasons for losing weight: New Goal - - I want to be able to go for a walk or run without pain. - I want to develop better balance and flexibility so as I get older I will be able to function better and be healthier. I want to lose enough weight that my back doesn't hurt. - I want to be healthy and happy and not feel tired all the time. GOALS t - I want to be able to go hiking any of the beautiful trails in Alaska that I desire to and not worry about the elevation

My Program:
1). Do 30 minutes of exercise 5 x a week
2). I will weigh, measure, and log in all my food. Trying to make healthy choices
3). Drink 8 cups of water a day
4) I will get all the recipes I use one sparksrecipes.com and begin doing my once a month cooking again to make it easier for me to eat healthier, not eat out as much and easier to track food.
