Introduction Text My name is Vincent. I joined spark after watching my beautiful wife MickeyGal 13 doing so well. I didn't want her to get sexy with out me. After some recent events in my life I realized I need to get myself healthier both mentally and physically.

My goals are to lose body fat and put on muscle. I would like to be a muscular 190 pounds.

first get into shape.

I am in the Air Force. We have three kids that are doing great in school. We have a dog, a cat, three turtles, and a scorpion(yes a scorpion that's my baby) that keep us entertained. I am a huge Disney and Disneyland fan. If it has anything to do about Disney I love it.
