I got up to 190 in high school but lost the weight through running.

I got up to 210 in college & in my late 20s, and lost the weight the second time through Weight Watchers.

I maintained 185, a happy weight for me with no effort at all, until Pringles were introduced to my airplane. We now also have Biscoff cookies & M&M's and I am now up to 215.

I have done it before, I know I need to get in that "zone." where it becomes like a fun game. Eating less makes my moods better too. I can do this!

None of us are getting younger. Every day we put it off it gets a little harder.

My Goals:
Oh to be 5' 7" & 175 pounds. What a glorious weight. A weight that allows you to have cake at birthday parties, but also to dance the night away.

A weight that allows you to shop at normal size stores, but without constantly having to think about it.

Healthy and beautiful, but curvy with a big ba-donka-donk :)

I can make it back to this glorious weight. I know I can.

My Program:
Eat between 1200-2100 cal/day

Go for walks

Drink water


That's it! Less is more.

Personal Information:
I am feeling old, and I am only 33! I want to be able to be independent and energetic my whole life.

I think I am at a point in my life where I can be relatively confident in my appearance over 200 pounds, but I can't tolerate that I don't like carrying things up and down the stairs of my apartment, or that getting up after bending makes me achy.

Other Information:
It's my dream to be one of those elderly people who are really strong. To be in above average shape in my 70s I need to be in above average shape in my 30s. Time is ticking away!
