Hello! My name is Deb and I am just setting off on what I plan to be a successful weight loss journey. Like most, I'm not sure how I got this way. In my head, I'm still that skinny teenager/young adult that could eat anything they wanted and not gain an ounce. Now, I'm a wife, a mother of 2 teenage boys, an owner of 2 dogs, 1 cat, and a turtle, and I work full-time outside and inside the home. At 47, I think I'm too young to get winded just climbing up the stairs with a load of laundry!! ...
Hello! My name is Deb and I am just setting off on what I plan to be a successful weight loss journey. Like most, I'm not sure how I got this way. I met my February Goals!!
March 2010
Fast Break Goals:
1. Track my calories burned 1x/day
2. Write in a journal daily
3. Eat at least 2 servings of a fruit or vegetable per day
My REWARD for meeting my Fast Break Goals each week are 30 minutes of "me" time.
Goal 1: Complete the first 4 weeks of SI6 workouts
REWARD: I will buy 1 new outfit
Goal 2: Weigh 175# by 3/31/2010
REWARD: New workout clothes
My Program:
For the next 6 weeks starting today 2/28/10, I am doing the Beachbody Slim in 6 workouts.
I am also going to include Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds videos, but I want to start adding outdoor walking as the weather starts warming up. Hopefully this month!!!
