Senior lady that needs to get fit.


Hi, I'm a senior citizen that has decided after stepping on the scales this morning that I need to get with a program to lose some weight. It is so hard to do these things yourself. You start and if you falter you just give up. I don't want to do that so I'm turning to my favorite thing my computor. Hoping that talking to others will keep me motivated.

My Goals:
Want to start slowly and not put too high a goal loss on for the beginning. If I ever make my goal I'll start another goal.

My Program:
 Cutting back on my calorie intake and most of all limiting sweets. My downfall is snacks before bedtime.


Personal Information:
I'm from a small town in mid coast Maine. I was born in this town and have lived here all my life. All my children are around me so guess will stay here forever. I am a widow after having been married for over 43 years. Lost my husband to liver cancer. Very difficult time.
