I'm 25, a momma to Brayden (5) & Sydney (2) and wife to Chris! I stay at home, and I'm a photographer too!

My weight loss journey...
I didn't gain weight by just eating, etc....the only time in my life (post puberty) I've gained weight is while pregnant. I was never tiny, but I kind of did what I wanted and never gained anything. When I'm pregnant, my body won't stop packing on the lbs. I gained 45-55 each time and my son was 9lb 9oz and I ONLY lost 11 lbs after him, never an ounce more. My daughter was 8lb 3oz and get this--I only lost 4 lbs after giving birth to her. My body is SOOO confusing!
In 2008, before I was pregnant with kid #2, I lost 29 in 6 weeks. Going from 242 to 213. Being so big it was super easy. Then in Nov 2008, I get pregnant, when I was done being pregnant, I was back at 242. Exactly.
--When my daughter was 6 mo, I lost 10 lbs in Feb 2010. Then life got in the way...
--In Sept 2010, I joined the gym again at 226 lbs and worked out until early November. I was 210 at that point. November & December were super busy (there's that life thing again) so I took a break.
--Life calmed down, 3rd week in Jan I was back at the gym. Over Christmas, I seemed to lose 2lbs, so I was 208lbs.
--Got down to 199lbs by 3rd week in Feb, & joined the YMCA (instead of 24 hr fitness)
--Worked out WAY too hard for the month of March, only losing 6lbs
--I'm at 191 as of the 1st week of April, back to ONLY fat-burning-heart-rate cardio and lifting every other day!
