    hey girl, you ARE going somewhere!! you lost .5 lb this week and over all on the challenge it looks like you lost about 7 lbs!! that is great!! actually 7-8lbs is about what *most* people like. while i know we all want to lose 2lbs a week (at least right?! lol) sometimes the slower it comes off the slower it goes back on too!! if you are losing it slow, it may (it may not be either, sometimes it's just stubborn weight!) a gradual lifestyle change which in the long run is much healthier anyway!! just keep plugging every little .5 at a time!! you can do it!! have a GREAT day!
