Unfortunately, the skin is a slight issue for me. It's not as bad as it could be but I'm already considering surgery for my upper arms because that is where I carry most of my weight. My tummy isn't too bad, probably because I'm young and have no children, but I'll never be a bikini model lol! I would trade jiggly skin for obesity any day however. I wouldn't worry too much about it, you might not have a six pack but your still young and for some reason it seems men have a better time with this issue than women. My husband lost about 90lbs and you would never know it! Keep at it because no matter what we will all look and feel better at a healthy weight:) 2976 days ago

Wow 6 months is amazing! I have no doubt you'll reach goal of 144lbs! I lost the first 20 very slowly just by being more active and started really losing in June when I finally changed my eating habits, so I've lost 80lbs in 8 months. I'd like to lose another 30lbs before my 30th brthday in June and then start really focusing on strength training:) It still feels unreal to me! Keep up the great work 2981 days ago
