I am Joanna, 31 yrs old living in Wilmington DE.

I attend a gym, but don't go as often as I should.

I eat very healthy and also have a very healthy lifestyle....so now I just have to push myself to do the exercise part!!
Right now I stand 4ft 11 in tall and weigh in at 120lbs. I would like to get down to at least 105 within the next few months.
I also just want to feel healthy and in shape.


I love music and floral design!

My Goals:
Exercise and make it to the gym between 5 and 7 days a week.

Drink at least 5-8 bottles of water a day.

Lose between 12-15 lbs by December or the New Year!!


My Program:
EXERCISE:
I usually start out walking on the treadmill for 10-15 mins. Then I get on the elliptical machine for 10 and go as fast as I can anywhere from level 4 to level 10. Then I get back on the treadmill and walk for another 10-15 mins at an incline of 5 or 7 at least 3.5 miles/hr. Then back on the elliptical machine for at least 10-15mins at a pretty fast pace!!

NUTRITION/DIET:
I DO NOT EAT FAST FOOD!! I don't care if its fast and easy its not good for losing weight at all.
I believe cooking your own meals is important plus it can be fun and sometimes relaxing.
I eat A LOT of veggies, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, I LOVE stirfrys! There are a lot of ways to make veggies taste good! I eat a lot of salad also, just mixed greens, black olives, red onion and sometimes a little cheese with red wine vinegar my favorite!!
