Hey there. Great to hear from ya! Congrats on the new job. Things are OK here. I'm out of my routine and not exercising much right now but I have re-committed to it! So far in Sept., I've done more than last 3 months combined.I've only put on about 10 pounds in the last 4-5 months. not good but not HORRIBLE either. Still a net loss of about 140 lbs. I just spent the weekend at my brother's house for a 3 day food fest. I'm definitely in need of some workout time. I did walk/jog Saturday morning about 3 miles and rode a bike about 3 miles on Sunday. Not a totally "unhealthy" weekend. LOL Best wishes to you and your wonderful wife for great success!
