March 31, 2016: I March must be a weird time. Or may be it's Spring. New beginnings, anxiety about summer, I don't know. But I'm here again to start again in March ...again.

March 13, 2015: So in 2010/11 I lost 80 pounds. Yay! In 2011/12 I gained 20 pounds. Boo! Then I lost 10 pounds and was doing pretty good until Thanksgiving 2013 when I started eating meat regularly. I've gained 30 pounds and 3 sizes. Double. Boo.

My goal is to lose 41 pounds by my 41st birthday in November, get strong and have a lot more energy and pep.

June 28, 2009: At this moment I am at my highest weight ever. I''ve been overweight since I was a child, but, in the past few years I have gained 100 lbs. I look so much older than I am and I'm really starting to feel it. I am so looking forward to finally shedding the pounds!

I have adjusted my short term goal to lose 30 pounds and be on the other side of 300 by the end of August. After that, my goal is to loose a total of 80 pounds by the end of December and be rid of the balance by August 1, 2010. I don't want to wreck my metabolism or have loose skin to deal with so I've slowed my program down quite a bit in 2010. I think I can use that time for steady weight loss, toning and transitioning into maintenance mode. Boy, am I keen to see those first 80 pounds go bye-bye!

    Welcome to the 300+team. 300 is such a BIG number but if we persevere, focus and motivate one another we can reach our goals!
    We have so much of life ahead of us and it is so much better to work on ourselves and reach for our goals.
