My Goals:
My goal is to lose 43 pounds and keep it off.

My goal is to make exercise a part of my life.

My main goal is to be HAPPY with MYSELF

My Program:
 I intend to do some form of exercise at least 3 times a week, make wise food selections and control my emotional eating.


Personal Information:
I have lived in Miami for the last 3 years and absolutely love it. I am the spouse of a retired military member with two really great kids.
